Week 21 Monday

Today was the first day back after half term so it was a nice to recharge, relax and reflect.

The class was briefed on the upcoming project and we all had the chance to ask questions, plan and understand what was expected for the next few weeks to come.

I could understand that the professional practice project is not about designing, so slightly the more tedious part of the course but it would be very useful for the future.

Overall I understood the brief by 40% but I was not very clear on what to expect exactly, so I will make sure to refer to my lectures and clarify things further.

I aim to use existing templates which suit me as an individual to create my CV and Cover letter on indesign as its better formatted and gives a clean finish.

During the afternoon a lecturer from the University Library was asked to come in a explain the importance of referencing and what tips and tricks I could use when trying to source correctly, especially with credible sources to avoid using weak sources, which overall was very helpful for future use.
