Week 25 Collaboration Monday

Today has been a very energetic day. There was a clear list handed of what is exactly needed in the presentation. There was no more confusion and we were all regrouped.

As some were not Clear on the brief Amanpreet re explained to clarify the brief, the interior designers presented their initial findings and case studies and designated roles.

Amanpreet- Update Weekly Journal and organise main presentation

James, Sabina, Bhalen, Josh - Visit forum and draw detailed sketches and perspective sketches

Katrina- Site analysis

Kate- User analysis

Sam , Ing - Decebel analysis.

The roles were clear and everyone was asked to report back in 2/ 2.30 hours so that we could all combine our findings.

all the sketches were scanned and air dropped to Amanpreet.

Everyones suggestions were useful and the research was 10 x more detailed.

Amanpreet suggested that as the group is very big and organising a presentation for 10 people may make the pitch look unorganised and unengaging. By keeping a small group to present the information is concise the audience and presented stay engaged and presentation would be successful. Amanpreet chose Kate, Katrina, Amanpreet, Sam and James to present as they are all comfortable.

Now for the afternoon session the interior designers will come together and organise their findings to create a first mock up design which will be improved and finalised by latest Thursday.

Amanpreet will need to organise the powerpoint boards and the A2 board will be done together and modified.
