Week 24 Collaboration Wednesday

Today we were briefed as a group including the interior designers and architecture class. The brief was simply repeated to clarify the outcomes for the architecture class so that we were all clear.

It was a productive morning where we all discussed possible considerations and case studies. We also had some time with David who gave some valuable suggestions on acoustic design.

The interior designers had previously done some case studies as an initial start which we shared.

Amanpreet made sure to designate roles between each person for Friday.

The tasks included :

James : Ceilings and Stair case

Sabrina: Walls

Patrica: floors

Amanpreet: floor analysis including , population analysis, flow diagram and zoning.

It was explained that the architecture class would not be presenting with the interior class so we felt it would be unfair to allocate them roles as they had their own briefs to continue. As interior designees we made sure use the architects knowledge and suggestions to our advantage.
